Xevion, aka Francesco, is a Black & Grey realism tattoo artist from beautiful Naples. Exclusively for us, he drew this cartoon of a downhill snowboard freestyle penguin and took a little break from creating realistic portraits of people and animals that seem to almost break out of the skin in three dimensions.
