Bei unserem LittleIn our Little Tokyo Dry Gin, German craftsmanship meets Japanese wisdom. True to the Japanese motto "together grows what belongs together", we combine plants that grow side by side in nature. The natural neighbors juniper, gentian, sloe and cranberries form the heart of our Little Tokyo Dry Gin.
A total of 13 botanicals go into the still, all organically grown or wild-collected. The lemons and grapefruits are fresh, peeled by hand, and after distillation, only water is added to dilute to drinking strength.
The result is a gin with floral citrus freshness, tangy cranberry aromatics and a unique spiciness. Perfect to toast the 160-year German-Japanese friendship, in this spirit:
